Simple Snackssss......

.......Baked Brie.....
What you need:
One small or medium sized Brie cheese wheel.
One cup of chopped almonds.
1 tablespoon of Brandy.
1/2 cup of honey.
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
Preheat oven at 350 to 400 degrees.
Remove the Brie from it's wrapping then place cheese on oven proof nonstick dish and make a few little cuts on the top.
Mix in small bowl honey,brandy,almonds and olive oil then pour on top of brie cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 5-10 minutes until gooey.

Serve with slices of toasted bread of choice,crackers, or sliced green apple and enjoy.
