So Creamy!

Vegan Cream Cheese Icing

1 whole 8 oz Softened Better Than Cream Cheese Tofutti Cream Cheese
1 Softened Stick of Earth Balance Vegan Buttery Sticks
2 1/2 Cups of Organic Powdered Sugar


1 teaspoon of Vanilla
1 teaspoon of Lemon Juice

Mix Butter and Cream Cheese together,slowly add powdered sugar,vanilla,and lemon until smooth and creamy. If to thick add some soy milk.
(Extras for flavor you may add 1 pinch of Himalayan Pink Sea Salt with fresh raspberries or 1 cup of melted white chocolate.)

YUmmmm. I use this icing for my Vegan Carrot Cake or cupcakes or my lemondrop cupcakes.
